Overall we had a good time. This cruise was about us getting together with family. It would not have been our choice but it was put together by our daugter so we went for them.

NCL computer system was down. It was total disaster! They could not board anyone. Many did not get onboard until well after 4 pm.

The menus in the main dining rooms were not great but food was fine and the service was good. The best specialty restaurants Cagneys was by far the best. We ate at Moderno and Ocean Blue and were not impressed. The buffet was quite good and the staff did a good job .
Onboard Activities

This ship holds over 4000 passengers and has one pool. That is insane. You could never get close to it.

The ship is very clean. The ship layout is poor, it only has 2 banks of elevators. The casino is open to the decks above and the smoke is terrible.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin is very small but that was not the issue. Every night the crew needs to access a room that is partly above it. They tend to make noise. We were able to move to another cabin 13433 which was nice and quiet. Both cabins were kept clean .
I’ve been on Breakaway and I agree on your comment about the smoke from the casino. On Bliss the smokers have an enclosed area of the casino. No smoke. Hoping Encore 12/1 has this as well.
