Review summary

The Group of people we met made the cruise a blast. But I had to go to customer service 3 times for over charging me and my wife. That was a total of 4 hours solving problems that should of been spent laying around at pool side.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock and hurt my back. The balcony was very small.

Ship tip

Check yoy bill 2-3 times a day for charges that were not accurate.

the resort was a blast. Prices were a bit expensive.

We did an all inclusive resort. There were hidden charges that we encountered. There were also 4-5 crew ships in port which made it difficult to get time to enjoy water sports. The wait time for para sailing was 3 hours and the NCL would have sailed away without us if we had signed up.

Four or five cruise ships in Cozumel is a slow day. There will be eight the day I'm scheduled. I haven't heard anyone complain about the beds beging too hard. Can the room steward get a foam pad? Good advice about booking things like parasailing early in the day. Don't sign up for one after the ship leaves!
