Great Cruise !!!! Plain & Simple !! Have done this one twice and would do it gain !!!

Embarkation

I paid for Priority Upgrade for Embarkation and Disembarkation. Norwegian Personnel did not know what this was. The ticketing agents did and directed me on what to do but the other members said that didn't exist and after being turned away 3, yes three times, I finally informed them that maybe they needed to find a manager before I DID !!! The port staff needs to step up their game !

Norweign Breakaway
I probably will Not book with Norwegian Cruise Lines again. We have been doing cruises for over 10 years and every other Cruise Line has been one to remember. I will still remember our Norwegian Cruise this September 2019, but not in a good way.
