This is a great place to vacation with your family. Everyone has something to do, everyone makes friends, and most of all everyone spends time together and is able to disconnect. The most important aspect of a vacation.

My first cruise and it was amazing and will be doing many more thanks.

The service was phenomenal and beyond expectations. Everything was very organized and well-kept. I cannot think of a single thing to complain about. Our eight-year-old daughter really enjoyed the slides and the kids section of the pool. Splash Academy also exceeded our expectations We enjoyed the magic show and all the games at the Atrium. The parties both at the H2O and the bliss lounge were fantastic. . My only observation is that I found unfair for Norwegian cruise line employees to still be mandated to wear a cloth mask even though the 3000+ passengers don’t have to wear one. They can barely breath and is very hard to hear them. Their employees are amazing and they are the ones who made this cruise special. Hope Norwegian reconsiders for the sake of their employees

Overall, great ship/service/staff/excursions. Loved it!

I normally cruise Carnival but I wanted to give Norwegian a try and I regret that I did. This cruise was extremely boring and I will never go back.

We still had fun of course its a cruise and we went to beautiful places, how can it not be fun! This was our first time with NCL. We have also done Royal Caribbean and Carnival. If you have kids that you want to keep busy or send to the kids club, especially at night so you can enjoy the night. Or if you prefer more entertainment and fun. I would recommend Carnival instead.

Ok cruise probally because of post covid. Costa maya was total disappointment 3 cruise ships in small Port could barely walk around got back on boat within the hour.

Cruise was awesome, would recommend this NCL cruise to anyone. Tours were a little expensive but felt confident in buying them because they made sure we got back to the ship on time. We had a few people that were late getting back, they were lucky that the ship waited for them.

Overall a very good cruise, but really be mindful of booking things in advance, the restaurants, pool area, and shows get sold out quickly. Also, I felt NCL wasn't too clear in explaining the disembarkation process. Luckily we've cruised with other ships before and knew what to expect.

All in all it was a great time. I will definitely cruise again.

Lost luggage and terrible treatment from staff. Put damper on the trip.

Despite all the little things that added up, we had an absolute fabulous time. We met some great people and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This cruise was fantastic. Crew was so friendly and worked very hard. We had a great time. This was our first cruise and we will definitely be a part of the NCL family going forward.

It was an ok cruise but not up to the standards I have come to expect from NCL.

We were totally thrilled to return to cruising. We met some interesting, fun people on board. The drink package was included and it was very convenient. The service on the whole was excellent, especially our server at Taste, Lian Limpoco, and our room steward, Amol Redkar. The food was very good especially the Tiramisu and the Creme Brulee and the hibachi specialty dinner. The tender situation getting onto Stirrup Cay was very disappointing and took way too long. The island was wonderful!

We had a great time on the cruise. We made the best of the situation. Food overall was good. Speciality restaurants were nice, taste was very good. Breakfast at the buffet - good overall. We wish they could have figured out how to handle: *More speciality dining slots *Better lounger management by the pool- never could tell if a chair was abandoned *Better management of the thermal spa- same issue as above *The Manhattan room the first night we waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food after we ordered. *Great Stirrup Cay… no words- who in their right mind docks 4 ships at the island. Not even chairs or shade. Total waste. Exiting the ship today- just NO. Quit telling people to go to 7 when the line starts on 8. Fix the facial recognition machines!!finally the culture your staff are working in is clearly toxic. No one is really happy and that is sad to watch! Really one of the worst managed vacations I have been on😳

the worst cruise we ever been on. Everything require reservation and they all book up, tender to cruise line private island is a joke . By the time you get to it , it about time to get in line and get back.

We have been on many cruises and I don't think we will do NCL again. Maybe it was just this boat, but the communication from the staff was not the greatest. Out toilets on our entire cabin zone clogged and didn't work all week. Guest services line was aways atrocious. Internet was spotty and help desk only had one person- they said there were staffing issues so they shouldn't have filled the boat to capacity. They made a huge deal about vaccination status and didn't check out vaccine cards at all when embarking. We would have loved to spend more time in Tortola-it's beautiful but we had no time. Our excursion was rushed and we almost didn't make it back in time. The port in Dominican was beautiful but the itinerary changed with no communication from NCL at all so we had to re book our excursion. The show Six was fantastic, never had an opportunity to get seats for the other show. Overall we had a good time but it wasn't the best cruise we've been on.

No organization. Zero regard for safety. No management skills put into resolving problems. Cruisers were organizing lobes themselves. Spent at least 1 full day waiting in guest service and internet and cruise lines to resolve problems caused by ncl. I will never use them again and since United endorsed this cruise line I would have to think twice about using them as well. Horrible horrible management on this breakaway. If they could not treat you with respect and a desire to please you they should not have booked more people than they could handle. What a terrible experience after experiencing so many other cruises.

This was a Great Ship to cruise on and some decent Ports of Call. The staff and amenities on the Ship were Excellent. I will definitely cruise this Ship again.. and Norwegian again.
