Review summary
The service was phenomenal and beyond expectations. Everything was very organized and well-kept. I cannot think of a single thing to complain about. Our eight-year-old daughter really enjoyed the slides and the kids section of the pool. Splash Academy also exceeded our expectations We enjoyed the magic show and all the games at the Atrium. The parties both at the H2O and the bliss lounge were fantastic. . My only observation is that I found unfair for Norwegian cruise line employees to still be mandated to wear a cloth mask even though the 3000+ passengers don’t have to wear one. They can barely breath and is very hard to hear them. Their employees are amazing and they are the ones who made this cruise special. Hope Norwegian reconsiders for the sake of their employeesEmbarkation
