No organization. Zero regard for safety. No management skills put into resolving problems. Cruisers were organizing lobes themselves. Spent at least 1 full day waiting in guest service and internet and cruise lines to resolve problems caused by ncl. I will never use them again and since United endorsed this cruise line I would have to think twice about using them as well. Horrible horrible management on this breakaway. If they could not treat you with respect and a desire to please you they should not have booked more people than they could handle. What a terrible experience after experiencing so many other cruises.

The outside door rattled at all night, thank goodness for ear plugs . The decor was drab and boring. The bathroom was nice size, the rug needs to be replaced, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable

Don’t go, book a cruise line that cares about their guests
By the time the tinder took off, completed our excursion the bbq was closing down and had maybe 1/2 hour which was no time to see the island. All free time was waiting on the tinder.
Most poorly run disembark with zero personnel to keep order in the line from hell that wrapped around the length of the ship and back again with people merging from elevators and stairways cutting into the mob of people yet they kept calling colors to add to the 2+ hour wait in that Covid crowd of which 50% came home with Covid. No personnel was available to keep tempers down or communication to reassure the guests. Never saw such poor management in a cruise line . The facial recognition was far from adequate and two crew operating the recognition filled with errors was not enough to handle the amount of people. No regard for sanitary or Covid precautions. If you had to go to the bathroom you would risk getting in a fight or screamed at by frustrated cruisers waiting over 2,hours
I’m getting the impression from the recent negative reviews of the Breakaway, which used to be a very good ship, the Epic, Escape, e.g., that NCL may be neglecting the older ships in favor of the newer ones like Encore, Bliss, Prima and Viva. Hope I’m wrong
