Review summary

Where we had a bad experience on this particular ship I am hoping this is not the norm. They have management issues, lack of staff issues, inexperienced bartenders and the worst - toilets didn’t always flush. Several days restrooms on the common floors were locked

Excellent bartender - Will Wu only man that knew how to mix a drink Staff at Cagney’s was the best!! Stateroom attendant - Eko was wonderful

Design nice and I noticed when we were in a long port they were painting the scuffs Dining room table cleaning - used the same cloth on multiple tables never saw them rinse it change it!!!

My cabin was beautiful and very clean

Ship tip

They were saying that they are short staff and I get it, but don’t have that many people on a ship it you can’t give quality service. It put a bad taste in our mouth for Norwegian. To be fair, other passengers said this is not the normal for Norwegian ships. I hope they are correct.
