Not the greatest. Staff isn't very friendly. Not much music or live entertainment but the pool. Only one comedian the entire cruise. Stateroom steward walked in our room several times unexpectedly without knocking. Go with Carnival, more fun!

Review summary

We still had fun of course its a cruise and we went to beautiful places, how can it not be fun! This was our first time with NCL. We have also done Royal Caribbean and Carnival. If you have kids that you want to keep busy or send to the kids club, especially at night so you can enjoy the night. Or if you prefer more entertainment and fun. I would recommend Carnival instead.

The lady mixed up the kids pictures for the room keys and passports, also changed names of who was in our 2 cabins. It took us 2 hours to get on the ship from the time we made it to the counter where the room keys are issued because of her mistake. There was not even an apology.

Water is dirty. There's a pool but its crowded. Drinks are not included in the drink package even though its ncl,s island. Nothing special.

We rented a jeep for $75 for the day drove around stopped where ever we wanted. Then went to Carlos and Charlie's and stayed there for a few hours for drinks and lunch and hung out at the beach, rented jet skis. They also have an inflateable waterpark for the kids.
