The weather was perfect. The week was relaxing. The staff was great. The only thing that could have been better is more variety on the Haven Menus. But there was enough to select from and if I really did not like any of the elections, I think like most other ship's main dining areas, you can request something else, and they will try to find something to please you. I like Norwegian for their "Free Style" cruising. I find it matches my do what I want when I want and how I want mindset.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We live in Naples, FL so it's a two-hour drive and arrived in Miami at our requested boarding time slot (1:30 -2:00 PM) From the garage to the terminal and the Haven entrance was only a few feet. Once inside, we were inside we were directed up an elevator to the VIP check in desk. Our credentials were checked and verified and then we were escorted onto the ship A staff member took control of one elevator and we were brought directly into the Haven. We made it in time for lunch (open till 2:00) but we were also offered eating at no charge at the American Diner (formerly Margaritaville).
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Cruising in the Haven means access to three meals a day at their Haven restaraunt just steps from our suite.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We really did not use any other facilities outside of the Haven. This review process required a selection, so from what we saw, there were plenty of onboard activities to choose from.
Entertainment
Just wanted to enjoy peace and quiet.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The cabin steward, the butler and the concierge all went above our expectations. The cabin steward made a pair of kissing towel swans with cutout hearts. The butler made sure we had all the snacks and assistance we needed. The concierge made our specialty dining reservations and even changed them as needed.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship was well maintained and the staff was always cleaning common areas. Masks were optional and we felt comfortable moving about the ship in public areas.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our cabib was clean, fresh and comfortable. The A/C responded to our desired settings. I noticed the shower head was cracked would not adjust. I mentioned this to our butler and within a few hours, we had a new adjustable shower head.
Ship tip
If you can afford it, book the Haven. It's well worth it.
We enjoyed walking around this private resort (Built for NCL use). It reminded me of a huge beach town with large pool and beach areas. Many shops to help you lighten your wallet.
From the Haven, we were escorted via staff elevators directly to the exit location for facial screening and CBP immigration. Only took a matter of minutes.
