Had the best day of my life they were very cautious of the Covid rumors were we weren’t landing to Bermuda because somebody was sick on board but that they contain the situation before an off board they did it quickly off board with the ambulance at hand.

As with all our cruises we believe there is nobody to blame for a bad cruise except yourself. The cruiselines, the crew and the staff do nothing but do whatever they can to make it a memorable experience for each and every cruiser. Sure there are inconvinences and occasional errors but somethings you simply need to overlook. We had a fabulous time resting and relaxing which is our goal on all our cruises. We are now planning our next Norwegian cruise in May on the Norwegian Pearl.

Disappointed we couldn’t dock until day 5, but good.

1st time on NCL, I think I still prefer RCL but would sail with them again.

Trip was the best ever. And I love ncl I Can't wait to go back!

Overall, it was very relaxing and fun week. Due to COVID, many stores in Hamilton were either closed for the off season or out of the business.

It was a wonderful trip. Lots to see and do, and I enjoyed every moment. There were some hiccups, but nothing major

Had a really great trip after a long time away.The ship was very nice and the staff were great.We love the fact that the ship only had 1482 guest on board.So I’m sure that why we had a great time on board.Really not sure how I’d like it if the ship was full.Just being honest. Don’t know if I’d board a large ship again.

A wonderful cruise itinerary! Bermudians are courteous and very happy to see visitors again. Worth the extra steps (covid testing, etc) required for visit!

Great experience, the crew was wonderful, plenty of activities on the ship. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with this being my first cruie

once on ship excellent just the hassle to get on and off stay away from jewelry store way over priced.u just save tax

In short, I cannot think of a thing that could have made our cruise any better. NCL, the crew and staff thought of everything and managed to put it all in place, there for the taking or asking. KUDOS to all on The BREAKAWAY and to NCL!

Overall this was a pleasant cruise. The ship and cruise staff were great. The ship was only at about 1/3 capacity on this cruise and I am sure that helped. Bermuda was nice but a lot of the attractions and shopping has not yet recovered from the Covid shut down.

Overall, we had a good time, but my problems with the company I indicated above. Moreover, careful look on my charges, I realized that I was charged for restaurants I did not visit at all. Again to me it is a bad experience.

It was a wonderful cruise despite of the pandemic still going on. I felt safe in the cruise with all the requirements to be on board. Looking forward to cruise again. I'm very happy that the cruise industry is sailing again. Will recommend The NCL Breakaway

We really enjoyed getting away after 2 years of not traveling. However, we were a little nervous about COVID even though everyone was vaccinated. Enjoyed the specialty restaurants and OSheehans for ice cream sundaes. No complaints at all

We were promise the moon under NCL Peace of Mind policy so we booked knowing that we could opt for Future Cruise Credit if we needed to cancel. When CDC upgraded Bermuda to a HIGHEST Covid Catorgory 4 we canceled our Bermuda cruise and started looking for Spring 2022 cruises. Instead of 100% Future Cruise Credit, NCL partially refunded us (we lost 652.00 per person) and our Cruise Consultant disappeared and refuses to return our calls or e-mails. Guest relations team is cold. DO NOT SAIL ON NCL

Great first cruise to Bermuda. Awesome ship and it was amazing to enjoy the cruise with a heavily reduced crowd of around 1300 on a ship that accommodates usually around 3900.

Bermuda is lovely, the weather was perfect. Unfortunately covid hit the tourest industry hard. The bus system is basically non existent. The ferry still goes to Hamilton but the only way to St. George's is by taxi.

It was very exciting to be back cruising. We really enjoyed and felt safe with this being a fully vaccinated cruise and the testing prior to sailing. It was great feeling normal for a week!
