Review summary

It was a wonderful trip. Lots to see and do, and I enjoyed every moment. There were some hiccups, but nothing major

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Mostly smooth, the rapid testing "boring bingo" was the only annoyance. Everything else went smooth

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was good, presented well. Wasn't the best food I ever had, but not bad either. The chocolate was very tasty and consistently good. The meats were usually overcooked.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Slides mostly worked. Ropes course was closed most of the time. Pools were small and there was enough hot tubs for the amount of people on board. At full passenger count, things would get crowded fast

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Boat had Broadway shows, A singer from Vegas, comedians, magicians, dinner shows, the works. The entertainment on board was very very good

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff were awesome! Very attentive and polite, no bad experiences at all

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ships designed well. Some things are tucked away from the main area and you need to hunt things down sometimes. Beyond that it's laid out well

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was the right size for two. Lots of nooks and crannies to stash things. Has a coffee pod machine. Very quiet and a great view

Ship tip

Two tips: The free at sea drink package doesn't include special coffee. But if you get an Irish coffee they use the special coffee to make it and it's covered. The Jimmy buffett place on deck 16 is now the American diner and it's all ala carte. The burgers are good, but you got to pay for them or use your dining package.

Ports of call

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
Place was dead, but meant the beaches were quiet and not crowded. A very relaxed time for sure

New York, New York

3 out of 5
It's New York

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Scan your face and get out. Very easy and painless
