Great ship, nice trip. I was charged for services I did not use, it is strange. Not sure I will use this cruse line again.

Overall, we had a good time, but my problems with the company I indicated above. Moreover, careful look on my charges, I realized that I was charged for restaurants I did not visit at all. Again to me it is a bad experience.

When I booked the stateroom, it was indicated that there should be a hot tab, but it was not. Therefore, I was charged for comfort I did not have. Not sure I like it.

You would have had to be booked in a Haven spa cabin in order to have a hot tub , we’re you booked in the Haven ?
