once on ship excellent just the hassle to get on and off stay away from jewelry store way over priced.u just save tax

had drop off luggage at pier 90 then walk down to pier 88 and wait almost 2 hours for test results then walk back to pier 90.total confusion.

best and largest balcony back corners of ship 2 bathrooms dining room 4 chaise lounges and 6 chairs.lots of closet space,large bath tub and showers.cal king bed the best.

worst ever havens have priority walked to 16 flour stood there 45 min no place to sit after 1 hour 1 group of people herded into small service elevator.after anthor 30 min finally got to customs.lace to sit.then finally few people at a time herded

With Covid testing, 2 hours isn't that bad. Before covid my last cruise the ship was 2 hours late. I didn't care stuff happens. Idk what upcharge you got.Did you get the drink package?

Disembarkation for Haven never seems to go smoothly. Never have understood why. Now it probably even more confusing but at least once off the ship finding luggage and getting through customs has always gone easy. Thank you for your review and comments.
