The Haven & it's amenities were fantastic by mellymouse

Comfort was perfect, main bathroom was terrific, 2 bathroom had very poor ventilation - you had to keep the door open when showering or it was filled with moisture which made it near impossible to dry off to get dressed; but, it was nice to have a 2nd one for 3 people.

Cabin was nice but the balacony was dirty and the cushions for the chairs wee constanly wet and dirty,the glass on the balacony rail was never cleaned and you could not see the view of the ocean when seated. I felt the Cabin Steward did a poor job and I had to show it to the Butler and she was no better.

We were very pleased with the cabin. They need to keep the noise down from up at SPICE. They woke me up up a few times, I complained and the concierge Virginia took care of it . So no more noise after 11pm

Cabin was amazing, plenty of room and closet space for the 3 of us. Only complaint was the water wasn't hot enough for the first few days - i had to get maintenance to fix that. and the fridge wasn't that cold at all. I never mentioned that problem to anyone. Other than those 2 minor things, we loved our room!!! Didn't want to leave it!
