For suites guest NCL needs to use shuttle service from ship to pier and back on its excursions, I would do it for handicapped as well. I also think that for the NCL island in Belize they need to look at the way RCL does it, food is included for suites and non suites guest at no charge. We had a suite a paid for a cabanna that had towels, water, a waiter that was on a private area of the beach just for suites guest. We had our private all you could eat buffett and the picked us up at the ship and shuttled us to the private area and took us back when it was time to leave. The are for the non suites guest was just as nice and they had free chairs and umbrellas and free food those passangers as well. I love NCl, but this is the type of stuff that makes me lean to RCL, anlong with better ports of call, we have done this cruise before and I truly dont want to do it again.

Butler and Cabin Steward were sub par at best, disappointed with there level of service, had to get the balacony cleaned as soon as we went to our cabin. I have had great Butlers and Cabin Stewards on the Star and Escape and this trip was disappointing.

Cabin was nice but the balacony was dirty and the cushions for the chairs wee constanly wet and dirty, the glass on the balacony rail was never cleaned and you could not see the view of the ocean when seated. I felt the Cabin Steward did a poor job and I had to show it to the Butler and she was no better.
Dissapointed, no place to get a chair or umbrella, would have paid if it was available, food and drinks over priced. For a man made beach it was nothing like Labadee, Hati which is the private island that we visited on RCL, we were suite guest and it was a First Class experience. Took the boat to another area that was a part of the ships packages and it was a 3 hour excursion which took 20 minutes to get there, which left you with only 2 hours and 20 minutes and it cost us $25.00 per person, so another waste of money. This was a terrible port, will not get off boat if we go back.
Excursion was not as advertised, again very hard to find chairs and umbrellas like we were told before booking, food and drinks sub par and over priced. Will do my own excursion if we ever go back.
Did our own excursion which was great, the island has a lack of transportation and a bad traffice problem, we got back to the ship at 4:30 and had to run to get to the boat and found out there were many other passengers who experienced the same issue even with the excursions booked thru Norweign.
Everything was great until it was time to get our luggage, the ground crew could not find the priority bags for the Heaven guest, and when they did, someone had grabbed our bags and I luckily caught them before they cleared customs, they need to have some to verify luggage for suites guest and to show id, our bags had medicane and some very personal items that would have been either stolen or lost. This is a major concern and NCL needs to do more to protect the luggage of the suites guest.
NCL made a deal with the Belize government to use the island with the agreement that all food and drink money goes to the Belize people! Please don’t punish NCL for that reason! Do your research first!!!
