In short, I cannot think of a thing that could have made our cruise any better. NCL, the crew and staff thought of everything and managed to put it all in place, there for the taking or asking. KUDOS to all on The BREAKAWAY and to NCL!

They were as clean as humanly possible, staffed by individuals who were absolutely aware of the importance of their roles in keeping passengers, crew and the ship safe, and literally serving scrumptious meals on a constant and fluid basis.

All the shows were professional, highly entertaining, varied and very well received by an audience spanning ages from late teens to late eighties. Bravo/brava to the performers, the cruise line, and to the passengers - all of whom worked well and safely together to ensure a marvelous cruise for all.

Only vaccinated people could embark on this cruise - ergo, no children were on board.

Service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to offer passengers anything and everything anyone could possibly have needed or wanted.
Ship Quality

The ship's layout is one of the best I've ever experienced (it was my 4th cruise). The elevators are thoughtfully placed, plentiful and all in working order. The recreational areas are large, well-lit and plentiful. The ship was clean as a whistle to begin with and kept so constantly by the hardworking staff.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was roomy, well-laid out, well-lit, perfectly furnished and very comfortable in every aspect. We enjoyed our balcony everyday. The mattress was comfortable and we slept well every night. The cabin was as clean as possible when we entered it on embarkation day, and it was kept that way every minute of everyday by our professional, cheerful, hard working and efficient cabin steward, Marvin. Kudos to Marvin, whoever hired him and whoever made sure he was among the first to return to NCL once sailings began again.

Make the most of your trip by trying new forms of entertainment or new excursion types or new free hour pursuits while cruising. NCL and The Breakaway offer a wide variety of activities and pursuits - and it is an opportunity to go beyond the familiar and out of your comfort zone. It is a gift to take of which all passengers should avail themselves.
Bermuda is a beautiful island nation, filled with friendly, welcoming people who enjoy having others visit their country. The Royal Naval Dockyard is clean, eye-catching, filled with history and lovely restaurants, shops and Bermudians who are happy to share their lovely island with all. We took the Famous Homes & Hideaways Cruise excursion - the best I've ever experienced. The Captain and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and very entertaining. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone who visits Bermuda. Not only do you see beautiful homes, but you learn of Bermuda's history, architecture and the who's who of the past and present.
It has never been faster and easier. We required a wheelchair for one of our group. Usually that slows things up. But not on this disembarkation. It was easy, fast and seamless. We were off the ship, collected our luggage and back in our own car with 45 minutes of leaving our cabin.
