Overall nice cruise. Cabo was the best for my wife and I.

Norwegian is a good cruise line but there are some drawbacks. There is a LOT you will pay for on the cruise ship. I’ve taken 2 cruises on this line. Definitely get the drink package, but be aware you will be charged taxes on all of the drinks at the end. Ended up being $200 for us. As mentioned before, many of the things that make this ship stand out are extra charges. Food is good but plan on one or two nights specialty dining. Also, both times ship was at capacity and VERY crowded. Couldn’t take the elevator a lot because it was always at capacity. Hard to get a chair at the pool unless you got there by 10 or so but the entertainment was great and drinks were good, although average wait time to get a drink ranged from 5-15 minutes. Best part of the ship? The observation lounge by far!!!!

The Bliss was very relaxing and will worth every penny I paid. The ship is beautiful, fun and filled with wonderful staff and crew. I really enjoy my 7 day trip to Mexico.

We had a great time. We didn’t have any real issues with the elevators. Obviously after a show or doing an excursion the elevators were more busy. You could wait or just go up or down a few flights of stairs and get where you wanted or get on the elevators then. We had reservations for all our dinners so we never had any trouble getting into dinner anywhere.

We had an excellent time! There were 24 of us in our group and we were able to do and see everything we wanted. We’re even planning our next cruise!

We will stick to the smaller ships and if that means we sail with another company, so be it. Take care and Bon Voyage to all!

As mentioned this was a very nice cruise mostly made possible by NCL staff. Can't safe enough of their professionalism; courtesy; and friendliness. The ports were beautiful and the ship was great. Missed out on the Laser Tag and Karts because of a goof up (on my part) with dinner reservations. My advise is to book as soon as you go on board. Do not go to Guest Services. Go directly to screens on decks that you navigate through and all you will need is your cabin key.

Norwegian never disappoints. Always a privilege and a pleasure to be on there beautiful ships.

It was very nice. But the ship was extremely crowded, filled to capacity.

It’s beautiful, but because there are so many people on it... everything sells out. Long lines. Unsupervised kids swarm the ship. The staff (and passengers) are all rude. Such a disappointing experience.

Wonderful ship; friendly staff; good food. Stayed in The Haven which allowed more privacy.

Beautiful ship mainly nice staff but NCL need a lesson in how to schedule a cruise like this. I would 100% not recommend this itinerary as NCL are not organised at all for an out of the routine itinerary. Ship sat in the middle of the sea until we got to start boarding at 7pm, took until 10pm to get on. Muster drill at 11pm. Port in Vancouver cannot handle 4000 arriving at once. NCL could of avoided this by booking the Bliss a berth earlier before the other cruise company's book theirs. To then cancel Seattle as we boarded despite us finding out that it had been cancelled days before from a taxi driver on Vancouver island wasnt great. We got some rediculious excuse it was due to US immigration So then when we arrive in San Francisco and it takes 5 hours to clear us all. Total fail on NCL part. Their scheduling department need the sack, they have failed at every opportunity.

We had a great cruise except for the Seattle problem. Great weather each day, excellent food, great entertainment! We would love to go back on the Norwegian Bliss without our daughter so we could experience some more of the night life!

Embarkation and muster drill were terrible. The ship was beautiful, but many venues were closed or packed. Not enough elevators. Staff was great. Food quality excellent with ample variety. Entertainment was top notch.
