We had a great time. We didn’t have any real issues with the elevators. Obviously after a show or doing an excursion the elevators were more busy. You could wait or just go up or down a few flights of stairs and get where you wanted or get on the elevators then. We had reservations for all our dinners so we never had any trouble getting into dinner anywhere.

We had a time scheduled to be at the pier between 10 and 10:30. Got in line which moved quickly got a group number and we were on the ship by 11am. I didn’t think it was that long of wait.

We were able to book everything we wanted to see no problems at all. Once on the ship we went right to the place to order shows and the race track. We got everything we wanted no problems. Jersey Boys was great. Six was ok. We also pd and saw prohibition and that was really good!!

Our room steward Marlin was absolutely fabulous!!! Had a problem with a wine being delivered that I didn’t order and the one I did order that was a different kind for a different day. It was a surprise for my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. Needless to say the surprise was ruined. She helped us get that taken care of. So I asked her if she could decorate the room as a surprise for my husband and she did and it was beautiful. Anything we needed or just a question she was right on it. Loved her.

Beautiful ship. Was able to find everything. My husband carried the paper that told us what was where and the names of the places and the hours they were open. The only thing we didn’t get to was the bake shop.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was a mid ship balcony mini suite. Had tons of room for storage. The bathroom was great. The balcony was fabulous!!!
Ship tip
Book what you can early and book the rest as soon as you get on the ship.
Didn’t do any tours. We actually stayed in San Pedro from Friday night until Sunday when we left for the ship. Did the tourist stuff like the Santa Monica Pier Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
We did the pirate ship. The ship itself was great. The shoes were fun. The food was good. The beach that you go to though is a stone beach and you can not wear shoes.
We wanted a nice and relaxing day so we did shrimp fest. It was perfect. It was hot but they had a great pool to cool off in. The food was good and the had a really cute gift shop. They did not push you to buy anything at all. They also had margaritas and local beer. As well as water and soda.
We did the parasailing!!! Was awesome. It was my first time and I loved it!!! The only sad part was is that we didn’t bring any extra money other than tip money. We were like what are we gonna but parasailing. Big mistake!! They take great pictures and sell them after. So we missed out on that.
It went pretty good considering your trying to get 4600 people off the boat. Was in a line but it constantly was moving. Customs was very easy. Then you are off to your ride or transfer.
