Ship is way too big and they made all the areas smaller. Wasn't able to see 1 show, lines were so long even with reservations we didn't get to see a show. Never ever book room 11704, the anchor is right next to you and everything falls off the shelves.

Review summary

Ship midway too big over 4800 people plus a new staff. Service food sub par. 5th cruise with Norwegian and this one was horrible

Main dining room great. Speciality restaurants cagney's great! Ocean blue and italian restaurants changed menus and options/food not up to what we expected at all.

Pool way overcrowded. Very small area. Hot tubs too small and not anywhere near the pool. Never got to ride the go carts, even on stand by
