Review summary

Panama canal locks is wonder of the world .The importance of it says it all .I make it my list of things I need to see in my life time and I did .And the best way to see it ,it this by cruise through it .You may not be able to see whatever your friends talking about but people like different things and choose to experience things in different manner. 21 days may seem long but time flies before you even know it .If there is one cruise of a must ,this is it .

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I didn't experienced any of the specialty restaurants . The 3 main dining rooms were all fantasticfantastic which get busy really quick, long wait but staff trying hard to seat everyone. The buffet was good and well stocked .Later on in the last week of the journey there is some health issues and the food was kind of scarce .

Atrium Bar

Friendly ,happy staff .Ms .Lily ,Mr .Vinu ,Mr .Harold and Mr .Sumesh. And other cute cocktail wait staff .I kid you not ,this is a full cruise ,thousands of people and these staff remember their patrons so well .Thank you all .

Sugarcane Mojito Bar

The loudest and full of life and happiness of all venues ,it's this bar .Greatest sport bartender Ms. Carla and the waiter Mr .Antonio .I would like to hang out at this bar but it always packed full .Good for you .

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
This is my second cruise on BlisBliss in 6 months ,so the staff mostly know me .The Surf bar people especially Mr Saidley, the Atrium bar and the Social ,the Sugarcane .They are all great people ,it feels to me like I'm back in a place with bunch of old friends .My room Steward, Ms .Chen is so cute and very accommodating .I sleep in til late afternoon and she understands and work around my schedule. Mr. Jumphot Nakrob ,a gentleman from Thailand working at the front desk is the best .He helped me a lot ,and answers all the questions .I wasn't quite sure of what to do with my onboard credit and he explained it all .Plus the tips of what to see ,where to go in each port of call .Thank you them all .

Ship Quality

Bathrooms in public area always well attended .

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It has everything I need within arm reaching .This may sound funny but it's true. I love my cabin .The bed is deadly because it's so comfortable .I blame it on the bed. It makes me sleep so good .I love the location of my room .It's in the cornercorner ,even though it's next to the entrance but hardly anyone comes by that door because it's far the elevator ,only staff using this entrance .

Ship tip

The self service drink corner ,coffee ,tea ,hot water ,drinking water ,ice ,juices machines inside the buffet area can get congested .There are one or two more at the observation lounge on 15the floor and one more right next to the Surf bar on the pool deck ,just right outside the door from buffet area .So don't crowd at those machines inside the buffet area .Also ,if you get up late late like me way pass 3 pm .Don't panic, the buffet maybe gone but there is light bites still serving at the Observation lounge until 5 pm .Buffet style .

At the port, there is shops ,cafe ,bar and paid WiFi .The best is bird aviary ,with colorful Macaw and Peacocks and Flamingo. My excursion tour guide Mr .Elkin is so funny and insightful .This Port us not to be missed . A lot of walking in the heat ,so be prepared .

Willemstad, Curacao

I think I like this one best. I'll come back again .The lady tour guide Ms .Jacqueline was very nice and gentle. She took us on a stroll through town and ask if any of us want to split off to do some shopping and because of the heat ,there were some of us opt out. But I stuck with her till the end and it was only me at the end of the tour .She walked me to the port gate and say goodbye .Curacao and her people left me a lot of fond memory in that 4 hours .

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

I didn't join in ant excursion but got off the ship to look around .There were 5 cruise ships in town at the same time .So ... 10,000+people .It was crowcrowd .I went to a place to use WiFi ,$3 for 15 min. And got back on the ship .

New York, New York
