We love to cruise and see new places. I’m sorry for a mostly negative review. But, I think it’s important to tell the truth. If you like to be herded around, this is the ship for you. Would we do another 21 Day cruise? Absolutely!! Would we do another one on the bliss? No way!!! We have cruised almost 20 times. On big and small ships. We definitely prefer the smaller less crowded ships. There are so many people on the Bliss the staff don’t have time to give service.

Bar b q was superb. Ribs tender and delicious. Loved the country music. They need to move the country band to another venue. It’s uncomfortable going into a restaurant just to listen to the music with Everyone else eating.

We have sailed the Bliss before and loved it.
We had great service before but they have moved the original crew out. Service was terrible. Our room steward quit cleaning our room 3 days before the end of the cruise.

There was a outbreak of virus on our sailing
But some of the crew didn’t wear gloves and were really sloppy.
Basically the staff had no boss or supervision.
I never give bad reviews and I am very thankful to cruise but. If you read other people’s review of this sailing you will see.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was nice and perfect size for us.
I tipped the room steward $10 a day for several days like $120 and then he disappeared and didn’t clean our room the last 3 days.
Ship tip
Book everything you can ahead of time because if you are late getting on the ship. Forget it!! Everything will be completely booked. You have to wait in line everything you do. Too many people.
Took a sightseeing excursion after I got off the ship. Very nice, got to see a lot of Acapulco. I want to go back. The guide showed us the parts to visit.
We did the sailboat excursion.
Sailed along the shore, anchored in a cove
Everyone got in the water and snorkeled or paddle boarded. We would definitely do this excursion again. First class food as well.
We went to the beach. Relaxed and loved it,
Went back to town had a great meal at the lazy lizard. Please check them out. Food was amazing. We had the jerk wings.
Try the drink the owner created called “in the nick of time”.

Glad you did get some enjoyment but sorry you were not happy with cruise line. We have never cruised on Norwegian but I also have been seeing more and more negative reviews on them.
Sorry you didn’t enjoy it. One suggestion is to never book transportation to / from the ship through the cruise line. This is almost always much slower and more expensive than just getting an Uber, Lyft, private transfer or even a cab.
