the Main dining room staff was wonderful at table #474 . Jonathan and Micello. The shopping meeting to learn how to shop and buy jewelry was cool UNTIL YOU WENT IN THE SHOPS AND THE PEOPLE WERE VERY RUDE IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO BUY THE EXPENSIVE STUFF.

The waitress Sheetal in main dining was excellent. She remembered after the first night what our drink and bread preferences were.

Always get a receipt when you purchase anything to make sure no extra charges are put onto your account. Always visit guest services if you have any issues as they are always willing to help make your trip enjoyable.

If you don't want to purchase the drink packages, they always have water, Seattle's best coffee, and hot tea available all day (Cafe Prommenade). For breakfast you can get juices for free, for lunch you get ice tea and lemonade. Be sure to get in line early for ports that require tendering!

Don't bring your own pool towels or beach towels. Not needed. Take advantage of the Café Promenade for an afternoon snack, small sandwich, water, lemon-aide, iced tea or coffee at no additional charges. Soft-serve ice-cream is also available on the pool deck, but it is not the best ice-cream!

I had a torn meniscus in my left knee, and the room attendant "Miguel" ensured me ice to pack it with every night, and pillows in order to elevate my legs while resting.. This was a great help in keeping the swelling down, as I enjoyed my trip.... Thanks "Miguel" for your caring spirit....

DO NOT ARRIVE AT PIER 2 EARLY this only makes things worse for departing guest who are stuck in US Customs. The R C Navigator officers and staff were warm and friendly. Service was excellent. Seas were almost calm (late August).
