Review summary

My family and I had a blast!

The housekeeping staff was a delight. The main waiter and assistant were outstanding. Now I know how BATMAN feels with his own personal butler. My wife and 2 sons were super happy. We enjoyed ice skating, climbing, golf, surfing, and relaxed in the pools and jacuzzi.

Outside of the port, the town is very poor. You must immediately go on tours that take you out. I'd be more satisfied if there was a nice beach that I could enjoy as a passenger of the cruise that was ran by Royal Caribbean personnel.

I've been on both. 7 with RCI and one on the Carnival Magic. Love Royal Caribbean better. Food is better, entertainment waaay better. Just love Royal Caribbean. We've been on the Mariner and the Navigator.

My husband and I are thinking of taking our first cruise with Royal Caribbean. I am a loyal Carnival Cruiser but thought I would give this a chance. Has anyone been on both ships and can they tell me what they thing are the differences? Thanks

People just get so upset over the smallest things. I know on my last cruise the buffet food was subpar but even so I had a great time and it is a buffet so I have reasonable expectations.

Oh I wasn't really gonna cancel! I've been on several and loved them all! Nothin ruins my vacation!! I just can't understand the bad reviews...

Don't cancel your cruise. If you go in with a positive attitude then you will have fun, don't expect the worst and it will all work out well!
