Review summary

We liked:

Our room steward and dining room servers (Eglan & Carl) and Deepa at reception were excellent!

The cruise director from England always kept us laughing and was very friendly.

Ziplining with Chukka in Jamaica and ATV to Jade caverns in Cozumel and Bob Marley trip were excellent.

24 hour availability of Cafe Promenade was very nice.

Helpfulness of customer service was appreciated.

Self-assist departure was great.

Our dislikes:

Rudeness of some staff members at climbing wall and wait staff in Windjammer.

Limited time in ports.

Entertainment was OK.

A wait staff helper in the Sapphire for breakfast rolled her eyes at our hesitation to choose a menu item.

The Cafe Promenade did not have a "salty" snack to go along with all the sweets and sandwiches.

Ship tip

The promenade was really pretty. We had an emergency at home and inquired about a ship to shore phone call. Without knowing our details, the front desk offered us a free call.

Shopping area by ship was great. The ziplining at Chukka was awesome. The staff at Chukka were very friendly, funny and most concerned about our safety.

Eglan and Carl were our servers in May! Loved them! Eglan was diligent in remembering my husband's mushroom allergy and would bring me additional samples of appetizers she thought I would like. I loved Carl's sense of humor.

Wow!  The offer of a free call was very generous of the cruise line.  Thanks so much for telling us about it.  It made me feel good about the company.  I hope that your emergency back home resolved itself.  Thanks for posting your first review here.
