Let them know ahead of time weather it's with RCCL or the company you booked with. Had 6 cruises and always had my obc everytime

?????Worth Florida what happen? Explain last post. I'm lost

I've taken at least 5 seven day cruises and two on the Navigator and I never ever seen any display of racism on any ship or cruise line. The ship has somewhere of 1800 crew members from all over the world and they make their living by making you happy. If you think there was any problem you should have immediately gone to the customer service counter and make a report and be sure you have the crew members name.

When you are on the ship you can look up your bill every day from the TV screen in your room. Sometime during the cruise you'll see the $50 credit applied to the bill. If the first thing is you spend $100 on a spa treatment, in a day or two you'll see the $50 added to your account. If it was never posted then contact cruise.com.

OK thank you!! 😄

you can use it for spa and shore excursions....it all goes on your tab. hubby and I both do a spa day and you don't pay for services at that time. even products purchased go on final bill. credit will post night before cruise ends. if you want to conform amount you will receive check with guest services to confirm amount.

I'm expecting to use it for spa, shore excursions etc. But it should show up after about the first 24 hours correct?

TitusWoman    9 years ago

no need for money on the ship....just your sail and sign card

TitusWoman    9 years ago

it's a credit not a refund in cash that you can take on shore and spend.

TitusWoman    9 years ago

you don't owe any thing until the final day ..... everything goes on your account and it's settled up at the end of cruise.

Go to guest svc and ask

TitusWoman    9 years ago

carnival gives their credits too but can not be responsible for misinformation that a travel agent gives to a client. that's one of the reasons I always book my own trips on the web site

I don't understand, so I won't get my OBC till day 5 of my 6 day cruise?

ladyd    9 years ago

RCCL are good with credits

ladyd    9 years ago

They usually put it on the bill at the end

AONEAL05    9 years ago

I should have a OBC of $275.00 I will be so upset if they don't give that to me. I'll be sailing Navigator Of The Sea in December 2015. 😤😣

what I've seen on line (i always book my own) is advertised as "up to $50 credit". it is dependent on the state room you select. the higher the cost the higher the credit. hubby and I alwsy get some kind of on board credit. around $10 each. but we always get port hole room......low cost room because we are never in our room.
