App and internet check-in is terrible. We never did get the internet to work which we paid for in advance. I am an IT professional of 20+ years. Very little instructions or details on how to use or access information on the app. Just a bad experience overall.

We got a great deal on the yacht club. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend the experience. Like nothing we've experienced before.

Go to Ocean Cay. Very relaxing . Very natural feel even though it is a man made island. Just can't rave enough about the swimming here.

Be patient. The service was pretty slow. The lines at guest service's were long and very disorganized. It took a long time ⌛️ to finally get to our room. Nobody had a clue how to connect the MSC for Me App.

Read the reviews. My daughter sailed on another MSC ship (longer cruise) and she can't stop saying good things about it. On this one (Seaside), they have to improve the service, particularly in the restaurant. You can't serve hot dishes lukewarm, or overload these workers. The need more servers to handle the number of passengers waiting for their meals.

Don’t expect the same frills as you get on other ships, ie: no turndown service, no towel animals, no towels given out at the beach, no chocolates on your pillow, I ran out of toilet tissue and asked my steward and he said he didn’t have any.. on any other ship I’ve sailed they drop everything and go get it. So.. no frills.

Stay on the boat when people get off to be able to enjoy the ship. It’s overcrowded and hard to experience the ship when everyone is on it.
