Review summary

The Seaside was a beautiful ship. Bar staff and dining room were over worked and they need more help. I would assume since I never saw the room stewards and that our room was only entered once to straight up the beds that they need help also. I thought the elevator system worked well. Longest wait was 2 mins. People were vaping inside of the ship which was overlooked by the crew. I enjoyed OC but won’t cruise again on MSC.

They need more staff. Long 20 minute waits just to get water at the bars. Servers in the dining room didn’t even introduce themselves.

Wasn’t told we needed reservations to go to the shows. We were seated but reminded for future shows.
