Review summary

By far, the worst cruise I ever took šŸ˜«! The room was OK. The food was not good. Very disorganized staff. The ship was beautiful. The entertainment was good. Embarkation was a horror show. Disembarking was really excellent.

The cabin was nice. The shower was really small.

Ship tip

Be patient. The service was pretty slow. The lines at guest service's were long and very disorganized. It took a long time āŒ›ļø to finally get to our room. Nobody had a clue how to connect the MSC for Me App.

A negative review, I've seen these on a lot of reviews on MSC Seaside. There are definitely valid points on your criticism of the ship. Many people think the Yacht Club is the answer, and I would like to try it myself. Thank you for your review.

They have an internet desk for help with the app. It isn't in the easiest spot to find. Very nice guy works there.

Wow one star for Ocean Cay?? May I ask why?? I actually found it one of the best parts of my cruise on the Seaside. Was it overly crowded? Any additional details would be helpful!! Sorry you didnā€™t enjoy your experience! Itā€™s a shame because of the money spentā€¦. Thank you for your time!
