Review summary

The staff was wonderful. The entertainment was also wonderful but food was so bad that we should have got money back. Would never recommend this cruise to anyone.

It was awful. Everyone was told to be there at same time. It was lined up for a long time

The food was so bad in dining room that I was surprised having been on several cruise lines. The Italian night should have been great but the chicken parmigiana tasted bland and portion was smaller than microwave dinner. First night. The processed meat like bacon, sausage and luncheon meats tasted weird like an off brand

The food can be a weakness of MSC Seaside. They need to up their game, or people will think they are a budget cruiseline with very valuable sets of stairs in the main traffic area of the ship. I believe they definitely have the potential to compete with the likes of Carnival cruiseline and Royal Caribbean cruiseline. Thank you for your review.
