Don’t miss the shows, all of them are awesome, and reserved them. We had 7:30 dining we reserved the shows at 9:45pm, plenty of time to eat, changed clothes sometimes and get early and take a good seat! Try the venchi Cafe it’s Buonissimo :) We were on deck 13, the Byscaine Buffet on deck 16 to have breakfast was really good and less people ;). Don’t expect luxury attention like princess or celebrity besides this cruise it’s really affordable and still really good if you are not height maintenance.

Download the app, reserve your shows ahead of time, plan your nights with the app, and enjoy the ship to the fullest. If you're into parties, don't miss the White party, the 70's party, the silent party and the pirate party. Also the champagne bar is awesome!

Do not. Take Celebrity or Royal. Disappointed. Last MSC cruise on Poesia in 2010 December. All Italian staff. Food was amazing. Staff incredible. Seaside was all around horrible experience.

If you do not do the Aurea package, buy the $5 wristband that acts as a room key. But honestly, splurge a little and go with the Aurea package! You will not regret it! Well worth every penny!

Book shows early. If you find a good waiter stick with him for the week. For deck parties buy a couple of drinks before going up as bars can be real busy for deck/pool parties.
