Never again. I have sailed on Royal, Celebrity, Holland, and Carnival.
Food in cafeteria better than dining. Specialty ate amazing but very pricey.
Staff need to learn customer service skills. Plan on spending a lot of money for everything!
Best experience was Celebrity and worse was MSC.

The worst food I have ever eaten. Shameful for an Italian ship line. Wedding party of 16 and seated at two small tables. Requested larger tables, and was told ours were the largest. Looked in dining and there were larger ones. Also, we requested late dining and they put us in early. But let's stick to the main point...need better quality food and prepare fresh instead of premade.

Layout horrible. Have to go up a level, then down to get to areas. Areas clean. Make ship no smoking.
Cabin / Stateroom

Small cabin. Hard to access. Matress terrible. Cabin size so small, uncomfortable for two people. Bathroom small. Balcony ok but partitions rattle with wind. Called for service, but no one showed up.
Ship tip
Do not. Take Celebrity or Royal. Disappointed. Last MSC cruise on Poesia in 2010 December. All Italian staff. Food was amazing. Staff incredible. Seaside was all around horrible experience.
Why don't they just use a credit card for charges. No debit. Set up at counter at embarkation, not when you are on board. Several in my party had to wait in line to fix debit accounts.
