Review summary

We have been on over 30 cruises world wide. Being residents of Florida, many of our cruises have been in the Caribbean and we have been in some ports multiple times. We choose to stay onboard the ship while in port and enjoy the ship. In the Yacht Club all services are fully operational even with the number of guests greatly reduced. Just one comment on formal nights, It is optional. However, tattered jeans, shorts, and tank tops will not get you entrance to the dining room.

As a yaacht Club guest, we were greeted at the curbside and escorted through check-in and then directly to the ship.

Food and Dining

Again, the Yacht Club is the best. Alcoholic drinks, bottled water, specialty coffee, and mini bar are all complimentary. Waiter service in both the lounge and dining room were excellent. The menu in the dining room changed daily for both lunch and dinner. There were ample entrees to choose from.

Onboard Activities

The daily bulletin listed many activities from which to choose. We chose to just relax.

Entertainment

The evening theater was very good to excellent. The Michael Jackson show "brought down the house." The opera matinee Butterfly was particulerly enjoyable.

In the Yacht Club you are made to feel like royalty.

The Seaside is a beautiful ship. Just be careful that you don't walk into a mirror.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin space is more than adequate. The complimentary minibar was serviced twice daily. The selection of TV channels was the best of any ship on which we sailed. The walk-in shower was super.
