The main dining room food was very good. The food in the buffet was horrible, bland and no taste at all. The only food items my family were able to eat at the buffet was tha american food, which was hamburgers and hot dogs. The drinks were good as we had a drink plan and only had limited options to try from other than the additional we paid for.

Onboard Activities

Ziplining was fun, but thr lines were long for the slides at the times we decided to go.

The stage shows were not up to our expectations. We have previously taken the Divina and the shows were much better and catered to Americans. Only one show was geared towards Americans and this ship was supposed to be made for America. There were not enough activities that were geared towards our demographic.

Service and Staff

Dining staff was great! Receptionist was rude and wanted you out of their face very quickly. Room stewards gave us dirty sheets and blankets in room 10109. Photo personnel was not friendly and could not speak English. Pictures were poor quality with no good deals being offered on the ship.

Another 1. My God. Think you need to wake up and realise the world does not revolve around Americans. Only able to eat Hamburgers and Hot dogs? Seriously? Should RC change how they operate during summer season out of the Southampton, Rome and Barcelona? Cities in 3 different countries with different cultures, Europe is not a country by the way nor does it have 50 cultures which are the exact same.

If you wanted an American cruise then take an American cruise line MSC is an ITALIAN cruise line I would think those sailing it would be thinking and expecting a different experience maybe embrace the differences

Well MSC markets this ship as a ship for the American market, yet it doesn’t feel like that when you’re on board. It feels like a European cruise ship for the European market, that just so happens to leave out of Miami.
