The only way to do this ship is with the Yacht Club (prices are very affordable in off season). Otherwise, it is much to crowded and chaotic. We went down to the $10 jewelry/accessories event and could not even get close to it. It was a literal ZOO. I don't know why these ships have to get bigger and bigger, and then they have to provide a more expensive option such as Yacht Club for those of us who don't want such a large crowded nuthouse. I will NEVER sail on a large ship like this without a "Yacht Club" arrangement. I would have hated it!

We had an enjoyable time and plan on cruising with MSC again. Don’t expect towel animals. 😢

We loved the ship. Great entertainment and activities. Better coordination of service in dining rooms would help. Food choices and quality need addressed. More bar tenders and poolside bar service would be nice. Friendly staff. Good excursions

I love cruise, so my friends decided go with us with 4 family. They love it.

While a large ship, we never felt crowded. Anyone that has an issue with walking may find the size a problem, as would be with of the mega-ships. We prefer the more intimate Divina rather than the open, more modern Seaside. We have read reviews that criticize additional costs for some activities and services, or lack of services, but when you compare the cruise cost to other lines, MSC is a bargain. If you want more individual service, mints and towel animals on your pillow every night, or other luxuries, then you can pay for them by booking on another line.

My very first 2 cruises were on Carnival, followed by 17 with Royal Caribbean and the this cruise… which has to be my less favorite. I didn’t like anything about this cruise. Constant long lines everywhere, horrible food, the private island didn’t have adequate chairs and umbrellas and of course, long lines for the only one buffet they have and long waits at bars. This company fails to comparison. If you want a cheap, substandard cruise, be my guest. That was a first and last.

We did this cruise as a quick unexpected vacation. It was a great value for us, and easy as we live only 90 miles away. We would go again or on another MSC destination cruise.

Nice ship, clean, crew was great. The "Peter Punk" show was good. The Michael Jackson tribute show was phenomenal!

We loved the cruise, one of the most relaxing we have ever been on. We were at Ocean Cay for two days and we loved it, Costa Maya was great, visited Maya Chan. And, Cozumel we visited Nachi Cocum.

It was the best of cruises it was the worst of cruises. It is all about what you make of it. Getting on the ship was great fast quick and efficient. After we were on the ship, going to the buffet was a total nightmare in disaster. Long lines very slow bar service long lines customer service. The m s c for me app never worked. Had to replace keycards several times could not get off the ship. You do not get tissues in your rooms. They tell you to use the toilet paper. If you want tissues it's an upgraded service for a fee.

Needed a lot of help to make this a good trip. Wish the crew was better at meeting basic room needs and care.

This is not a complaint, I just didn't know. If you book a guaranted cabin through Price line, maybe any travel agent, you don't get your last paperwork, e ticket boarding pass until last minute. If I'd known, this was our first cruise, I wouldn't have worried as much that I'd messed something up or was missing something that I should maybe have been doing. We received our boarding pass and paperwork upon our last phone call to 7 days before start of cruise. That info would be helpful

It was an enjoyable and relaxing cruise. Ocean Cay is a beautiful place to visit. Most definitely will cruise with MSC again.

A wonderful experience on the Seaside. Great ship, great entertainment. A must do!

Overall, we enjoyed this cruise. Staff was wonderful, pleasant. A shame the food in the main dining room wasn’t better.

I liked it, great "bang for buck". MSC and it's clientel meshed unadultered and we had a good time. Doing research = saving money
