I had a blast! It was my first time on MSC and I want to take book another trip!

It was an unforgettable experience. I cannot wait to book our next cruise!!!

Good cruise for the price. A little more effort on the dining food would go a long way since this is an important part of the cruise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked that there were activities but not party atmosphere all the time.

It was great overall, the staff was great, but there were a few things that just weren't quite perfect

This was our best cruise yet. We sincerely enjoyed everything. The ship was beautiful and the staff was amazing!! It was the perfect vacation!! We will definitely be sailing again on MSC!!

The ship is beautiful and it’s maintained clean, however the bed sheets were not changed. The food can be better

Never ever again will I go on an MSC cruise. Our entire party of 4 came down with covid. The dining room staff don't remind you to washy-washy! Limited hand washing stations for buffet.

Beautiful immaculate ship. Crazy layout. Food was sub-par. Service was way below average. Ship was kept very warm. Elevator system doesn’t work for all. Shows were dance recitals at best. I can keep listing but I’ve said enough.

Would not consider cruising with MSC again. First time ever to feel that way after a cruise.

An amazing first time experience, just wish the food could have been better, as far as taste. Although there were different variations of food, the taste was off on everything

Highly recommend the Yacht Club on MSC! It was truly a VIP experience and well worth the money. While the suite was not the largest we’ve stayed in (on other lines), the service was excellent and the cabins were understated elegant. Well appointed, comfortable bed and furniture… plus a stocked mini-bar. The way the ship was laid out, we had our own Yacht Club “bubble” where there were no crowds yet the amenities were all there… premium exclusive restaurant, lounge, sun deck, etc. It even extended to the private island, where we were shuttled to a wonderful private beach with a sit-down restaurant for lunch that offered delicious entrees. In our short 3-night cruise, we rarely even ventured out of the YC areas! The staff was wonderful - attentive but overly so (we enjoy our privacy). Anything we could offer as improvements were very minor so as to be not worth mentioning here. Bottom line - we eagerly look forward to another cruise in an MSC Yacht Club suite!

Very disappointed made 11 of other family members travel along with me & everyone had same experience as I did.

To many rules… no drinks in theaters, pool, hot tub. Not enough staff. Food cold, and limited. Ship needs to be cleaned.

Would consider going on this ship again but only for a short get away cruise. Ship is very beautiful and overall very clean, but no one enforced making sure people washed their hands or used sanitizer when entering any of the dining venues.

Very good customer service is what we experienced on the cruise. The crew was very professional and courteous, and made us feel very welcomed. From the food staff to the excursions assistance on the private island, they were all excellent!

Overall we were super super satisfied with MSC Seaside. I would go again but hopefully they need to upgrade their cabins bedding newer and hopefully improve the shower bigger.

We meet previous cruise friends and had a great time. The ship was clean and staff excellent. This is a great ship to chill on.

Overall MSC very nice cruise line and somewhat quiet but definitely not enough to keep busy and of course a lot of extra fees.

Overall the cruise was outstanding the staff was phenomenal. Some of the bars were a tad bit dirty, and was confused a little bit about the dinner situation outside of the yacht club. I think a sit down. Dinner is important on a cruise. However, we had a sit down dinner in the yacht club, but we did generally eat outside of our sit down dinner. Other than that everything was great.
