Review summary

Very good customer service is what we experienced on the cruise. The crew was very professional and courteous, and made us feel very welcomed. From the food staff to the excursions assistance on the private island, they were all excellent!

I'm glad for a positive review on an MSC ship, especially MSC Seaside. Cruising on the Seaside was the worst experience on a cruise ship to date. It wasn't terrible, although it was not up to par with my other cruise experiences. I'm glad you enjoyed your cruise. Thank you for your review.
