Service and Staff

Slow and unresponsive. Major language barriers. Customer service was snobbish and acted like fools.

Ship Quality

Deck 12 smelled like mold and floors were wet.

Cabin / Stateroom

Would score a 0 if possible. Room had grey water bubbling from floor. Customer service did not believe us. Had to take a video and bring it down stairs. No solution other than to wet vac every night and smelled like mold and bathroom water. Contacted MSC afterward for customer satisfaction it has been 3 weeks now and no response. Unexceptable and unsanitary.
