Review summary

We did this cruise as a quick unexpected vacation. It was a great value for us, and easy as we live only 90 miles away. We would go again or on another MSC destination cruise.

Buffet foods were actually fresher. The main dining room some food arrived cold and/or dry. Breakfast and lunch were nice quick selections, but the tables were too close together.

Onboard Activities

Plenty of thing's to do. Pickleball on a ship was fun. Lots of live music. Casino was very small.

Our room attendant Stephene was awesome. The staff works hard but we're friendly. You could tell they appreciated a kind word and thank you.

Ship Quality

Ship was clean and easy to get around. Front third of the ship belongs to the yacht club so once inside ship didn't seem as big.

Cabin / Stateroom

Room good, but bed was too hard and sofa looked like it needed cleaning or it was just old material. It's probably time for room refurbishment but was always clean and tidy.

Ship tip

It's not a luxury line but is a good value. The food was good but average. Just go, enjoy and have fun. Met a lady who said this was her 47th MSC cruise.

I seen more than 6 reviews now on how wonderful the ship and experience is. Those happened to be on those shorter cruises. Not so much on a standard 7 nights cruise. Glad you enjoyed your cruise. Thank you for your review.

First cruise ever....not disappointed

Ship was beautiful the food average, the team very responsive even if they didnt understand what we asked of them. The bed and pillow amazing. Sad that we had to track down several times to request toliet paper before we ran out completely.
