Ship was beautiful the food average, the team very responsive even if they didnt understand what we asked of them. The bed and pillow amazing. Sad that we had to track down several times to request toliet paper before we ran out completely.
For a big beautiful ship like the Seaside I think someone that works for the line should take a trip on it. I was shocked that food on Royal Caribbean and Norweigan were of much better value. Their drink packages convinced us not to drink anything aside from tea, coffee, lemonade and water. They left a lot of money on the table. Too bad for them. Aside from a few burps like food, drink and lack of important information in the room, it was a very nice cruise.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The dinning rooms were crowded in with limited room. We were unable to change dining times and didnt realize that when we booked. The food was average at both dining room and buffet although the dining room food was better. It was nearly impossible to get a drink order in the dining room and when we actually placed an order it arrived in pieces.
Onboard Activities

Although we only used the hot tub and the pools there was lots of other things that we couldve done so much in fact.
Entertainment

The shows were amazing. Although they touted the last show(Michael Jackson) as being one of the 5 best cruise shows we actually loved the first show the best(Buble) aka Frank Sinatra
Children's Programs

Service and Staff

Our dining room waiter did his very best to make us happy. His name is Joseph. Our room porter didnt seem to understand my complaint when we reported the phone was out of order. There is no actual key on the phone as to how to operate or important numbers, like guest services to call. When we asked he simply replied dial 99. In amazement I looked at him and asked him where was that info to call that number? The phone did light up what one would think were the buttons to call important numbers but they didnt work. The mini bar was hot. Everything in it was hot. The nearest ice was on deck 8 at the buffet. We were on deck 12.
Ship Quality

The ship is amazing and I feel we missed a lot. A map in our room of the various decks and whats on them would have improved our opinion. There were venues and bars we never even saw because we didnt know they were there.

Aside from a non working mini bar, extremely limited access to toliet paper, the room itself was great. I slept quite well on the twin bed with the softest pillows I've ever used. The shower had good water pressure and hot. The toliet was a bit difficult as it was next to the counter and the shower. There was no map of the ship, no phone guide as to how to make a call or to whom, but the room was nice and clean and well kept.Dont
Ship tip
Dont buy the drink packages. Non alcoholic or alcoholic they are far too expensive and both parties have to get the same package.
Very nice island. Loved the lagoon, Lots of quiet spots if you want to be alone. Well kept and maintained. Highlight of the cruise in my opinion although we didnt drink or eat on the island
Thanks for sharing. Your comment "There were venues and bars we never even saw because we didn't know they were there" is puzzling because everyone should know that exploring the ship is one of the best parts of cruising. Were you locked up in the brig?
