The cruise is acceptable since it is only a 4 day cruise.

Embarkation

Embarkation was good. Since my husband needed assistance, he was directed to the handicap area to be transported on a wheelchair.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
There are only 2 complimentary main dining rooms (floors 5 & 6) in comparison to other cruise ships with more complimentary dining selections. Passengers will also pay additional $5 if two entrees are selected. Food in the buffet are mostly the same on a daily basis. Wait staff in the dining room and bar area are very helpful and accommodating.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff are very friendly, accommodating and efficient.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The 16th floor is very confusing. If the front elevator was taken to the 16th floor, passengers are not able to go to the aft side of the ship without going up or down to another floor. Layout of the ship is a bit confusing.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin is acceptable in size.
