Review summary

We loved the ship. Great entertainment and activities. Better coordination of service in dining rooms would help. Food choices and quality need addressed. More bar tenders and poolside bar service would be nice. Friendly staff. Good excursions

Dining room food was cold and not real tasty. They didn’t have a lot of choices either. Service was just ok. Servers were friendly but seem disorganized

Bowling , pools, all activities were great

Shows were awesome. Somewhat repetitive but very very talented performers. We went every night!

Service and Staff

Some language issues. In general very friendly staff. Disappointed that there were no servers at pools. Bar staff seemed overworked and slow at times. Catherine room steward kept room in great shape and always brought ice !

Ship Quality

Everything was clean. Staircase had someone always wiping down. Balcony keep clean. Large ship but easy to navigate. Mirrors everywhere were a bit annoying.

Those mirrors though. LOL seriously. Absolutely annoying. Especially coming back onboard after a hot day in port. You’re all sweaty and there you are, staring at yourself in the elevator! Ha!
