Most of everything was great and fun the only thing I have to complain is that it was my 70 birthday and it was special to me and I ordered a cake to celebrate with my friends and they never brought me a cake to the table and when I got to my room I found a cake and it was melting and awful, so it was a downer on my celebration

Overall, cruise was amazing. Was enough time to get away, but left you wanting to stay longer. We did book a summer 2024, 7 night cruise while on board for this reason.

Our cruise was very relaxing. There were things to do if you wanted to and places to relax and chill out. MSC will definitely be on our list of cruise options for the next cruise!!

What we needed to get away. We wanted a space we could sleep as new parents, but the cruise ship itself did not meet our expectations. Wish there were better activities and more options for people who are not Yacht Club members.

Get ready to have the most amazing four days. Service , staff and ship are all The Best. Enjoy!

All in all, we had a great time. The ship was amazing as was the island. Aside from the overall food quality we were very happy with our cruise.

Disappointing. Family vacation, for some family members it was their first time on a cruise. Long lines for everything. Very hot and slippery deck. Saw several people fall. Tables not cleaned of glasses, plates and other trash on tables. Trash can not emptied. Snorkeling was the best part of the cruise. (not in the lagoon) Silent disco was also one of the best parts. Good family fun, except for the practically naked women on the dance floor. Dress code for family event would have been appropriate. A young women twerking in a g-string bikini was not appropriate for a family function with children. Food was fair.

Needs to improve. You need more servers and workers. The don't look happy.

Although we did have a great time, I will never travel with MSC again. As I mentioned prior, we had trouble with the cabin, I paid for internet for 2 devices, was only able to access it on one and only on the first night, and the medical issue.

While the ship is beautiful, the food is below average and restaurants are rarely open and the ones that are, are overcrowded. The crew is incredibly disorganized when it comes to Ports of call, and excursions. Wifi was spotty and rarely worked properly. The App is also clunky and often disconnected. I will not be using MSC for any other cruises. It's worse than Carnival

1.Hated Ocean Cay.. nothing but beach and I have that in Florida. 2. The crew was great for the most part.. have given recognition. 3. Disembarkation was terrible as well as embarkation!

Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind and well trained. The ship is big and well designed. I love it and recommend MSC cruises.

The Seaside was a beautiful ship. Bar staff and dining room were over worked and they need more help. I would assume since I never saw the room stewards and that our room was only entered once to straight up the beds that they need help also. I thought the elevator system worked well. Longest wait was 2 mins. People were vaping inside of the ship which was overlooked by the crew. I enjoyed OC but won’t cruise again on MSC.

This is not a complaint, I just didn't know. If you book a guaranted cabin through Price line, maybe any travel agent, you don't get your last paperwork, e ticket boarding pass until last minute. If I'd known, this was our first cruise, I wouldn't have worried as much that I'd messed something up or was missing something that I should maybe have been doing. We received our boarding pass and paperwork upon our last phone call to 7 days before start of cruise. That info would be helpful

This was one of our least favored cruises we have been on from the booking experience through the cruise. Very disappointed as we were celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary.

Overall we had a great time and would recommend both MSC and the Seaside to prospective travelers. We read a lot of horror stories from earlier this year and were glad to find them non-applicable to our experience. It's clear the Seaside crew have learned a lot and have responded to the issues as we had a very clean ship with a very attentive crew. Definitely would cruise MSC again.

The pros are the ship was newer with deep pools and nice hot tubs. My daughter loved the waterside. The drinks tasted good. I liked most of the entertainment on the ship. The main con was the food. Very disappointing. MSC needs to post an update. The last health was in May where MSC Seaside posted a horrific 67.

This was our first cruise on MSC and my wife enjoyed it so much that she has stated that she only wants to cruise with them from now on. Lol.

Fun time. We enjoyed the ship and all of our destinations. Would book through Dream Vacations and MSC again!

It was an amazing experience and a wonderful way to spend our honeymoon!
