The biggest tip I can offer is to avoid this ship. If you end up on it anyway, bring a sleeping bag, food, and water -- you'll need all three.

Do not book the Deluxe Excursions unless you want to shop at expensive places instead of learning about and seeing Mosques, Ruins and other significant places adequately.

See if you can get s room near the elevators. Would strongly recommend a balcony room rather than an inside room. We got a good deal by going for the Bella experience, which didn't guarantee a balcony room but just a window view. We ended up getting a balcony room.
