Avoid this cruise line like the plague. Do not book anyone with them, especially someone who has travel experience. Rude, uninformed staff, terrible food packages! JUST AVOID!!

Terrible. The best food on the ship was in the steak restaurant that was not included in the cruise price. Nickel and dime you for everything, including water! Just awful. Many times, we would look at the menu, then make reservations in the upscale restaurants.

Steward kept it clean. Maintenance done while we were on board was loud, intrusive. The speaker didn’t work so we had to open the cabin door to hear the announcements; telephone didn’t work.
Mall is great. Market pales in comparison to weekend market in Bangkok. Beautiful sites, discovered on our own.
Excursion staff gave incorrect directions about where to go for the bus excursion. Just worthless staff.
TERRIBLE! Absolutely no community from the staff. We were asked to meet in the theater for direction to disembark. I’m home; still waiting on the instructions.
I would never do another MSC cruise, the food was awful, the staff are just disinterested, it's just like a ferry with no proper start & end to a cruise. I wont even go in to the poor entertainment!
I second that !! I made the mistake of going back a second time...... they’re cheaper for a reason. I’m certainly not picky and just happy to get away.... pay the extra money and go with a different cruise line.
