A week of itching and parasitic diarrhea, surrounded by employees who hate their jobs and make no effort to conceal it. They also don't conceal their disdain for the passengers, as if we were to blame for their poor life decisions. The restaurants were shockingly poor, but at least the portions were tiny, so the mouth suffering was brief. The intestinal suffering however, would last almost as long as the treasured memories of pre-cruise hope and innocence. Recovering from addiction? Have no fear! You won't get near a drink on this floating desert. They have no interest in taking your money or providing you food or beverage service (small exaggeration, but drinks are not easily obtained). Try the buffet, but bring your own plates, utensils, water and ketchup. As a matter of fact, you might want to bring your own food, because cooking is not their forte. But they also randomly close parts of the buffet, as if the food was being punished for it's lack of flavor and appeal. True gentlemen will allow women and children to leave the buffet first. The Meraviglia narrowly surpasses the Lusitania for hijinks and customer satisfaction. If you really desire a great experience on the high seas, you would be better off joining the Navy in wartime.

I've on about 15- 17 cruises and I give it 8 out of 10. The main issue is communication and making the announcements in the cabin so you can hear clearly. I didn't like the prices of the pictures. I haven't been on a cruise in about 5 years and forgot how much walking 😳 😅 🙃 you have to do. I was supposed to get an on board credit which I never received. I will cruise you again and I know by then your will work out the kinks.

Won’t travel MSC again; did not care for the food or activities as much as other cruise lines.

We truly enjoyed this wonderful cruise. There were lots of good food from buffet to luxurious restaurants. The Broadway shows were definitely entertaining. We loved them!

For the most part I did enjoy myself. Again, I would beware of hidden costs, nickel and diming and things you think are included are not. I was very disappointed that the under 21 women in my party did not have their drink package that we were told we paid for. It caused a lot of additional cost that we were not anticipating. Be prepared to repeat yourself a lot as most of the staff does not have a clear understanding of the English language. The ship is large and very clean the staff is extremely friendly and attentive for the most part. There were some that just could not be bothered to do the simplest of things.

I knew going into this cruise it would be 50/50 on being good reading the reviews. Next time I’ll pay extra and go on a ship that can cook and entertain.

The ship was beautiful, the staff was friendly and there is more than enough to do from the looks of it! Bad part, food was meh and don’t get injured! There is nothing that can be done to help you.

We totally enjoyed and our experience with Cheap Cruises was excellent.

It was our first cruise, not expecting much. It was such a wonderful experience with the food and entertainment, this experience has set out expectations high. Hopefully, we will not be disappointed trying other cruise lines since this blew our experience!

Crowd control is a real problem in the buffet area and was very hard to find a chair by the pool decks. Whenever we could not find something on the ship the crew did not seem to know where it was either

The over-all experience is something I would never repeat Based on the horrible embarkation and disembarkation process, overcrowded ship and mediocre food. If we could afford 5k per person it would've been a better experience. This is not a vacation for families on a budget. You have to be able to afford the yacht club to truly enjoy a cruise with MSC. I didn't know this until I cruised. We cruised with Carnival before and the over-all experience was much smoother. However, the entertainment and the private island were wonderful. So it wasn't a complete loss!

The cruise was amazing, from the staff to the port of calls. MSC does it right and they offer some of the best services you could ask for on the open seas! Alongside their port of calls, they pick the right journeys and make every trip a fun and new experience with no repetitive routes! Great cruise line.

Enjoyed the trip and the music and activities offered. Woukd definitely go on another MSC Cruise ship.

Beautiful ship Best staff Amazing food and drinks. Weather did no cooperate the last day and half but we made the best of it. Will do it again.

Need improvement on entertainment. DJ did know how to read the crowd. Formal night was a bust, not worth me getting dressed up for. Great for pics that it.

I will probably not cruise with MSC again. This was my 4th cruise using different cruise lines and this by far rated on the bottom. I didn’t find most of the staff particularly friendly, the buffet food was sub par at best. We sailed through a pretty vicious storm and it was only addressed once by the captain, even though we endured two days of scary turbulence

This cruise provided our group of friends exactly what we needed; relaxation and laughs!
