We ate at Waves, the food was excellent and our servers DWI and Budi were amazing, they helped me navigate my food allergies. The buffet was average, but the staff were always courteous and helpful.

The thermal spa for the week was worth every penny!
We enjoyed all of the pools and hot tubs.

We were not able to go to a lot of shows, but what we did see was excellent. We did love hearing Candice sing by Guest Services regularly.

Putu was our room steward, he was very attentive and thoughtful. He always checked on us while we were walking by, I found this endearing because not everyone did that and he remembered our names right away.
Priscila Carvalho at the Edge Bar/Coffee was the first person I met on this ship. She could see I was a little frazzled and made me an Espresso with Bailey's, she told me come everyday and I'll make this for you. To be greeted with such warmness, was what I needed. She makes the best Espresso's!!! Go see her!
Jaysan Cortez Dela Cruz and Dessire Guity were our Bar Waitress' at the Edge, they remembered our names, the drinks we liked and had us laughing so much the whole trip. All three felt like old friends by the time we got off the ship.
Overall, everyone that we dealt with provided excellent service and for that alone, I would cruise with MSC again.

We loved our balcony! The beds were hard, but comfortable. For two people it was enough space.
The port was fine, but the time it took to get off the boat, in the bus and off to Disney Springs; we lost so much time. They drop you off at the furthest point, you have to walk about 20 min to the parking garage to go through security.
Great review! Thanks for sharing. I agree, had an awesome steward, always attentive & accommodating. I often “gave him a break” and just asked for a towel & no service, but he always came around just to check in!! Kept my room spotless & neat. In general, overall great customer service on all levels.
Appreciate your feedback! I'm going on the Meraviglia with my wife and our friends in September. Never cruised with MSC before but really looking forward to it! Hoping the embarkation isn't as bad as people say.
