Review summary

It was our first cruise, not expecting much. It was such a wonderful experience with the food and entertainment, this experience has set out expectations high. Hopefully, we will not be disappointed trying other cruise lines since this blew our experience!

Embarkation

Took a total of 1 hour from parking vehicle, checking bags in to getting inside the ship, less than what I was expecting. Though, we did arrive a couple of hours earlier to embark.

Buffet was great, had a variety of food options and new menu everyday.

Onboard Activities

Fitness center was clean and had many equipments, only down size was that it was always busy.

Entertainment

Performers were very interactive with the crowds creating a welcoming and fun environment.

Service and Staff

Most of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I received great service from everyone who I interacted with. The only few times with minor negativity was a couple of the staff in the buffet area at times where you'd see would walk away from dirty tables and not clean or staff refilling trays and utensils looking a bit upset, but it was probably because of the busy crowd.

So great to hear positive reviews on this ship and MSC from both new cruisers and experienced ones. I have done NCL, Carnival, Royal, and Celebrity. My first on 9/4 !!

We were also on this cruise but it was our 12th. Agree with everything, from embarkation to dining to debarkation, everything was awesome, and we put it in our top 5 cruises. Being Gold on Disney, that says a lot! Food way better on MSC especially seafood than RCCL for sure. Ice cream is fantastic and plentiful. Their private island Ocean Cay is heaven! Will be back!

Pretty disappointed in cruise

Our first trip on a mega ship and had a great time…5,000people onboard and don’t feel crowded. Stateroom #was 10210and our stateroom attendant was amazing. Ni Luh…every time we came out of our room or came into our room…she was there with a great smile.
