Cruise was overall a great experience. The staff mentioned above went above and beyond. The rest of the staff was pretty good as well. There were a ton of kids on this boat which became annoying at times. The 18+ activity also were not regulated and had tons of kids at them.

Overall we really enjoyed our cruise and found it a great value. Our son had a single room and wasn't charged any more than my wife and I.

Overall, I'd sail with MSC Again. We got a great deal with a free balcony upgrade when we booked, so there was decent bang for the buck there. The food

Man MSC is a good cruise line, the galleria meraviglia is very well designed and laid out, the pool deck as well, the food was pretty good and the ports were very nice, but the thing that was the best was staying at ocean cay from 7 am to 10 pm for the party

This was our first non Carnival cruise (we have only sailed Carnival in the past). MSC has the making of being an excellent cruise line, but there are a few things that could be improved on. For example, booking shows, being able to order water to our room (not even an option at the moment), you can't bring outside drinks (sodas, wine, etc like you can with Carnival), booking specialty restaurants (that was a whole other can of worms..). But the service of the staff was excellent and all were professional and willing to help you in any way.

My cruise was ok. Ship needs more variety like more entertainment.

This was a great relaxing cruise for us. We booked it less than a month out and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Ocean Cay is beautiful! The staff on the ship was AMAZING! I would sail this ship again in a heartbeat.

Great time! Will try the Meraviglia again one day.

Enjoyed a relaxing cruise onboard the MSC Meraviglia.

Two things will prevent us from returning to msc. The no anytime dining. And the rock hard beds. Other than that staff was wonderful food was delicious and ship was beautiful.

If you go in with no expectations it’s a lovely surprise. My husband said “MSC fed me, housed me, and didn’t sink - it did a great job!” I was irked in the beginning but lots of things not in anyone’s control. I made lovely friends tho and I can’t say that wasn’t worth it.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the embarkation process and stateroom condition on my recent cruise. Unfortunately, my experience in this area was far from what I had anticipated and caused me to experience back pain. On the day of embarkation, I arrived at the port excited to start my vacation. However, I was met with chaos and an understaffed security checkpoint. The line was incredibly long and moved at a glacial pace, ultimately resulting in me standing in line for over four hours. During this time, I was forced to stand in line for an extended period, which caused me to develop back pain. The lack of proper accommodation and long wait time was both frustrating and physically painful. It put a damper on the beginning of my vacation and made me highly uncomfortable for the rest of my trip. I expected a seamless check-in process and accommodations that would ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Concern regarding the stateroom I was assigned on my recent cruise. Unfortunately, my entire experience was completely tarnished by the horrific smell that permeated my room throughout the duration of my trip. I was excited to embark on this adventure, but from the moment I stepped into my stateroom, I was met with an overwhelming and intolerable stench. Despite my best efforts to air out the room and contact Guest Services for a different room multiple times, with no resolution. I cannot stress enough how unpleasant and unsanitary the situation was. The odor was so strong that it made me nauseous and uncomfortable. I was unable to enjoy my stay in my room, which is one of the main highlights of a cruise. I expected to have a clean and comfortable living space. I am extremely disappointed that this was not the case.

Will do it again. Dave our waiter and Chris our cabin boy did a really greatbjob.

Embarkation is rough. Once you make it through relax and enjoy your trip!

I also think thay they should start with show about the story of MSC with the 1st show. Makes more sense.

We will likely be cruising again in a different region, but would highly recommend the MSC Meraviglia to friends & family.

Overall great great cruise experience I see MSC is striving to improve and step up their game in the business. This was my first MSC cruise so I had several other lines to compare . MSC is getting there. Keep improving food/bar service hospitality and crew education I know you can’t make everyone happy but I personal saw you MSC do their best .

I enjoyed this cruise. First time on MSC. Embarkation needs huge improvement. The ship is gorgeous & the staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The ships Pub is great, but not complimentary like on other cruise lines, but the food & service is great! Shout out to the theatre crew. The cruise Director & Assistant are visible & attentive. Huge shout out to all bartenders/wait staff/housekeeping & steward cabins. And of course, the cook. MSC Meraviglia has room for improvement, but it’s a great place to start from.

Beautiful ship, MSC is a great addition to the other popular lines. Meraviglia holds about 5500 people but it does not feel crowded at all. They really put thought into the layout. The dome on deck 6 is so nice and was a highlight of my day to watch the show, it's 5 minutes long. Ocean Cay Marine Reserve is so beautiful and relaxing. Nice long port day there and the Lighthouse show at night is fun. The entertainment and activities on the ship were all great. The food has room for improvement but hopefully that gets better as they adjust to the American market. Overall, great ship and I would sail MSC again to try another ship.
