When we booked a room, we planned for all other things like internet and excursions as well. I paid for a ONE device internet service (It is really for one device. You cannot logout and login to another device. I had to pay more for my laptop after waited online to ask why my service is locked.) For the excursions, when we tried to book though its website, the website was showing everything was full booked. We had to book through . This was what we regret the most because we found out there were still excursions available when we were in the ship.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
Waited in a long line for one and half hours.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
I like the complimentary restaurants for dinner. Same table fot every night. I did not try buffets for many times. Feel like the tables smell bad. Not enough staffs in there comparing to other cruises. I did not try specialty restaurants at all because I don't see any specialty that interested me.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Shows are good. Other activities are about the same to me by comparing with other cruises.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Shows are good.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Not enough staffs and not enough training for some staffs.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
It is a big ship with 5400 guests on board. People are every where. Considering this much people, it is very clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
It is OK. Because I spent a lot of time to work in my room, I put on Do Not Disturb sign except when we were disembarked.
But they did not refill shampoo, body wash and hand wash.
Ship tip
If you go to complimentary restaurants for breakfast or lunch, you better go there earlier or there will be a long line.
It is OK. It is a private island. Not much choices to do in there. I don't like beach very much especially when it is very hot. We did not do an excursion.
The first port in Florida was terrible. People did not know where to wait and there was no staffs to organize. People were talking loud while waiting in lobby. No one can hear the announcement. There was a lady almost got in a fight with a teen because of that. We were one hour late to meet with our private tour right outside of the ship.
Not enough staffs to organize, except the last disembarkation in New York. I guess they wanted all of us leave as fast as we could then they could have another 5600 guests on board.
