Not so wonderful, but we are impressed by the indoor basketball room, but the basketballs are so bad. The sports equipment is not good and we are impressed by the stateroom design.

They tried to keep traditions that other ships don't do much of anymore. (Formal night with lobster dinner, chocolate buffet on a sea day, theme party nights).

Once onboard, MSC cruises are every bit as good as Royal, NCL & Carnival... and at a rock bottom price. The other lines have more food options spread about their ships, but we never went hungry. MSC is the only line where you use your credit card (or cash) ONCE ONBOARD, rather than at check in/embarkation- this caused confusion among many passengers. MSC's WEBSITE is TERRIBLE- you cannot do online check in until within 20 days of sailing, but their website doesn't say so; it just errors out, forcing you to call them. Their VOYAGERS loyalty program on their website doesn't show your points or status, you have to email; MSC can't even answer your loyalty questions over the phone.

It was the worst cruise I've ever been on. The food the drinks, the room the lack of information, feel like we were swindled. Warning everyone to NOT cruise with MSC.

First and Last time we go on a MSC. Everything was chaos. This cruise line has no experience handling big ships. They nickel and dime you for everything. They tried to apologize for embarkation with a $50 credit PER CABIN. What a joke.

This is the second time I traveled with MSC cruises. From the very biggening, we had issues with the embarkation. Then, the key card was not opening the stateroom, and had to go 3 times to the reception to have it corrected. The TV was not working, and it needed to be changed, and could not be able to complain at the customer service, as the lines were so long that preferred not to spend time complaining and decided to enjoy instead

The ship was beautiful and clean. Cabins were very nice and staff was friendly. Food needs huge improvement! Activities need to be added and improved. Private Island was terrific. Something must be done about embarkation and disembarkation. I will NOT be doing another MSC cruise and its a shame cause ship and staff were very nice but that's about it.

This was our first MSC cruise. The ship and staff were wonderful. The price was right. Some of the logistics and processes were not great and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I also believe understaffing was an issue. However, we will give them another try in the future.

Took cruise to celebrate my birthday. There was no recognition in the cabin by the stewards, dining staff did nothing. The overall service of staff was below acceptable. Will likely not travel MSC again. The ship itself was nice, staircase very pretty (diamond look). Service by the rear pool bar was decent.

Great time. Boat was excellent very modern and clean. Pool areas were excellent. Lots of space to move around. Overall a great trip for parents and two teenagers

Our trip was for my youngest daughters Bachelorette party. She was the only one that had not been on a cruise. We had a great time, food was good, staff was excellent and we had a fantastic time. My only draw back was that on a ship that could hold 4,500 there were only 800 passengers. We were unable to get our cabins next to each other (because we thought the ship was full when we booked) but turns out that was not the case. It was good and bad! Bull all in all we had a wonderful time!!

Overall, we enjoyed our cruise experience on the MSC Meraviglia. The ship was beautiful and we will have many wonderful memories of our cruise. The high points on our cruise were the entertainment at Broadway Theater and our visits to the three Specialty Dining Restaurants.

The check in process online was a nightmare. I tried multiple times over the course of several weeks to complete credit card info, take a check in photo and load other details like passport info and it just never worked. Very frustrating.

Overall I had a good time because of the group of friends I travelled with. We spent much of our time in the casino. The theater show was horrid, the buffet was okay, the dining room was okay. Onboard activities requiring sporting equipment were only available for use if you brought your own equipment, which we were not told to do.

Good times on a beautiful ship. The shows were limited, the comedian was funny.

We chose this cruise because we had been trying to sail on the Meraviglia since March 15th of 2020 when our first scheduled cruise on the Meraviglia was cancelled. This ship was everything we had hoped for and was worth the wait! We're sad it's being repositioned, but we're looking forward to more cruises on other MSC ships!! Ciao, ciao for now!!!!

Overall, this was a very good cruise. The ONE thing that we are still upset about is this. We purchased the beverage package and the ship RAN OUT OF SODA!!! We are not big alcohol drinkers, so this was Very Disappointing! I feel we should be reimbursed for our beverage package!!

We felt very special when we were recognized by some of the crew from our previous voyage on Meraviglia. Ryan from St. Lucia at the Edge Bar continues to be one of our favorite bar tenders of all of our 16 cruises on many different lines. Sandeep, also in the Edge Bar was very gracious when I had a problem with my key card. Tanni in Guest Relations showed a lot of professionalism and efficiency in handling another problem of mine. Juni in the L’Olive Doree restaurant was a delight at dinner.
